Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mizuki Atelier. Each piece in our collection is chosen with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days have passed, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, including any protective materials, inserts, and tags
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition (where the damage was not caused by us or the carrier) may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or defective)
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@mizukiatelier.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 7 days of receiving your return approval.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, as we may be unable to process them.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong choice, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.
